TuffTrak is a heavy duty roadmat providing access for plant, machinery and multiple vehicles. TuffTrak is manufactured from High Density Polyethylene and is designed to provide temporary roadways for plant and vehicles up to 150 tonnes or to create a temporary road for multiple vehicles and cars at outdoor events.

TuffTrak can also be deployed as workpads for the mining, utilities industries and military sites.

TuffTrak not only provides a heavy duty roadway
but provides protection on open ground against severe
tracking and rutting and against environmental damage.

TuffTrak is the only road mat that provides a raised traction
surface to avoid trucks slipping even on uneven ground.

TuffTrak is manufactured using a unique moulding process to ensure a high level of integral strength.

Being made of High Density Polyethylene means that the mat:

Is not liable to theft
Does not conduct electricity – a significant benefit for those working with power lines
Is chemically inert – exhibits excellent resistance to many acids, alkalis and solvents
Can be stored in wet areas for long periods without the risk of degradation (and unlike many wooden mats does not increase in weight when wet)
