Iain Brown BA (Hons); LLM

Managing Director (Company Founder)

With over 25-years experience in international business Iain is responsible for the overall management of the company, with a primary focus on strategic global growth and product development. Iain also has overall responsibility for the implementation of our Health & Safety and Environmental Policies.

Feann Brown BA (Hons) Management

Director – Finance and Administration (Company Founder)

Feann is responsible for the overall financial management, operations and administrations of the business.

Kris Heard

Director of Sales, UK / Europe

Kris is responsible for the general management within the company and all sales in both the UK and European markets, including direct and channel sales. Kris has extensive experience within sales and is key to our success within these markets, he is also vital for the growth of the European market and maintaining partner relationships.

Steve Delaney

MD Ireland and Director of Sales for USA & Middle East

Steve is responsible for the overall management of our Irish operation as well as being responsible for sales and development in the USA and Middle East. He is involved in the strategic planning of the business as well as developing relationships with long term international partners.

Anthony Jukes

Manager, UK Sales

Anthony is our UK Sales Manager and is responsible for all sales. Anthony is responsible for new business development along with managing existing agents and distributors and is key to our success.

Dr Michael Steele MBA MIEnvSci

Director Product Development and Manufacturing

Mike is responsible for working closely with our selected manufacturers to ensure the supply and high quality of our products. He is also involved in product design and testing and bringing new products to market. Mike also has extensive experience in environment and sustainability which are key to our product development.

Amanda Cruxton-Chance

Business Development Consultant

Amanda joins Zigma as a Business Development Consultant, working as part of the team to expand Zigma’s market share in Europe and the UK.  She brings a wealth of experience to Zigma and since graduating, she has accumulated over 23 year’s expertise in sales and marketing, latterly being employed as the Business Development Director for TPA Portable Roadways Limited.

Alan Routledge

Technical Sales Consultant – Germany

Alan joins Zigma with a wide area of experience in Sales and Mechanical Engineering, having started his career in the British Royal Air Force. Alan has lived in Germany for over 20 years and speaks fluent German.
